I knew Angela from my theater days at George Street Playhouse. When I reached out to her about her wedding, she told me she always knew she wanted me to be her wedding photographer. Always good to hear something like that!
They started as friends, but once they started thinking about each other in a more serious way, Angela knew Doug was the person for her.
Angela is a huge Disney fan, specifically Beauty and the Beast, so when they started planning and found Aldie Mansion, they knew it was the perfect backdrop.
They started off at a nearby hotel and had some great moments with their closest friends.

They had to finish their prep at Aldie Mansion, which has beautiful getting ready rooms. I loved some of these sweet moments with their respective families!

Angela wanted to do a first look with her bridesmaids and her dad, which produced some great reactions on both fronts.

Aldie Mansion has a multitude of stunning spots for wedding portraits and we took advantage of as many as we could.

With the mansion in the background, Aldie’s has the perfect spot for a ceremony.

Angela and Doug greeted their guest from the quintessential Disney princess balcony.

Their reception was just as amazing and full of joy as Angela and her dad abandoned the traditional parent dance.

We decided to take a little break from the crazy reception and have a few quiet moments in the courtyard.

I’m so happy I got to be a part of Angela and Doug’s magical day!
